Thank you for choosing BoxYourBrand. We specialize in custom packaging solutions and ship nationwide across the United States. We are committed to ensuring your orders are carefully packed and delivered safely and on time. Please read this policy before placing an order.
Freight & Delivery
Free freight is included on orders over $500 within the contiguous United States. Smaller orders are quoted with shipping itemized so you see the full landed cost before approving. We also deliver to Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, the UAE, and Australia — international freight is quoted per order.
Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may incur additional shipping costs beyond standard continental US rates.
Average Turnaround Time
Timely delivery matters to your business. Our standard production time is 8–12 business days after proof approval. During this period, your order is manufactured and quality-checked to meet your approved specifications.
Need your order sooner? Rush production (3–5 business days) is available on many formats when quoted. Rigid and luxury boxes may require longer lead times — your quote will confirm the schedule for your project.
Address Accuracy & Reshipment
You must provide accurate, complete shipping information to receive your order on time. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct details. You are responsible for any additional freight costs to reship the order, including return shipping and delivery to the corrected address.
Please verify your shipping address before approving your quote and again before production ships to avoid delays and unnecessary charges.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is not picked up or is refused and returned to us, we will reach out to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery timelines may be affected by carrier operations, severe weather, political events, customs or government agency actions, and errors in the shipping information you provide. We will communicate proactively if we become aware of a delay affecting your order.
