Return & Order Cancellation Policy

Overview
BoxYourBrand understands there are many reasons you may need to cancel an order or return product. This policy explains returns, refunds, and cancellations for every order placed with us. It is designed to resolve issues fairly while respecting applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns & Refunds Process
Our products are custom-made to your specifications. If your order does not match your approved proof or arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery at hello@boxyourbrand.com. Early notice helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
Company Responsibility for Defects
If we confirm a defect is due to our production or materials, we will reprint your entire order at no additional charge. To proceed:
- Return the complete order within 7 business days of notifying us.
- Customer pays return shipping to our facility.
- Provide clear digital photographs or other documentation showing the defect (print quality, dimensions, structural issues, etc.).
Our determination of defect cause and responsibility is final. This keeps quality standards consistent for every account.
Customer Responsibility for Defects
If a defect is caused by handling, storage, artwork you supplied, or other customer-side factors, but you still request a refund:
- You must return the complete order.
- Shipping, product setup, printing, and billing costs may be deducted from any refund amount.
How to Cancel Your Order
After you approve a digital proof, we forward your job to production. To cancel:
- Within 4 hours of proof approval — cancellation is free. Contact us immediately by phone, WhatsApp, or email to stop processing.
- After 4 hours of proof approval — a 5% cancellation fee applies to cover initial processing and handling.
- Cancellations should be requested within 12–24 hours of proof approval to avoid additional production charges.
No Refund After Press Processing
Once your order has entered press production, refunds are not available if you choose to cancel. We can offer free warehouse storage for your finished order and coordinate shipment when you are ready to receive it.
