Production begins the next business day after you approve your digital proof. Standard turnaround is 8–12 business days after proof approval on most corrugated and mailer formats. Rush production of 3–5 business days is available on many products for an additional fee when you need packaging ahead of a launch or seasonal peak.

Reorders of an approved design move faster because dielines and print plates are already on file. Rigid and luxury formats may require longer lead times because of hand-assembly and specialty finishing—your quote will specify the timeline for your format.

Order physical samples to validate board, print, and structural fit before a full production run. Samples help regional teams align on packaging specs before freight leaves the production facility.
